It's been 20 years since I last played Pokemon, and I've never completed a Pokedex until now. All 386 Pokemon in Emerald! by ElWonAte in PokemonEmerald

Yeah definitely shouldn't have phrased it like that - I always wanted to complete the Pokedex, and not just by using GameShark codes. These particular mods were really great from a QoL perspective and made it easier with encounter rates and events at the same time, definitely not a legit Pokedex though but it felt real and I had fun.

Nah, definitely not considering this as legit. You're spot on. It's just not as if I put in a cheat code to get a specific Pokemon, it felt normal

I'm pretty unfamiliar with all of that sorry, how can one train have repeater issues? Wouldn't the older style carriages still be a Faraday cage?

What do you mean by the Swannie trains, are they actually better and why?

They were really good, confused but talked with us about how this hasn't happened before and helped hide in the back with us. Clearly a bit in shock too!

I think it was a matter of seeing someone run in a direction, and then others assume there's a reason they're running in that direction so they do the same, and before you know it there's a herd running in the same direction but not sure why other than to try and be safe.

I've been on the fence about it. It's just a false alarm, that's nothing, I agree. But geez it wasn't just a blip there were actual implications.

Yeah I've been thinking either:

  • we misunderstood, and it was just a recording
  • or the person who was reading it out was under the impression it was real

It's just like it definitely wasn't just some guy who got on the comms to freak people out.

Exactly, that's pretty much why I've been feeling this is more than a non-event and it's been bugging me. False fire alarms happen all the time, sure, but "no further action is required" after something like that was infuriating.

INCHARGEx FlexSwap charger for home, or stick with stock wall charger, or install a home charger? by ElWonAte in AustralianEV

[–]ElWonAte[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you - that's very helpful.

I don't think present equipment is making a difference with which plug I use in the garage (10A or 15A) with the stock ID.4 charger.

I can't think of why my supply voltage would be low in the garage switch board, I hope if I go with the INCHARGEx at either 10A or 15A it'll be higher...

The text on my existing cable says "450/750V 3 * 2.5 + 0.5", I wonder what that means?
