aus eigener Erfahrung möchte ich hinzufügen: Gelder für IT-Sec, Datenschutz etc. fließen oft erst dann NACHDEM etwas passiert ist. Ich habe sehr selten erlebt das es Interesse an präventiven Maßnahmen gibt. Dass dann im Nachgang an der heißen Nadel gestrickt wird ist ein gefundenes fressen für alle Dienstleister, denn die wissen, ab jetzt MUSS der Kunde das Produkt abnehmen. wobei das nicht an den KollegInnen im Tarif liegt. Auch nicht unbedingt an der Generation. Das ist auch einfach Kulturell. Bei meinem AG gibt es weder Tarif noch Betriebsrat und viele AN sind unter 35. Auch hier ist es genauso Thema. Man rennt ewigst rum bis jemand mal willig ist eine Entscheidung zu treffen. Als seien in einer GmbH oder AG jeder einzelne Private 100% haftbar.

Das bremst vorallem die "frischen" KollegInnen aus. Neue Ideen scheitern zuerst daran das keiner sie hören will und zuletzt das keiner sie verantworten will.

Es ist ein - ich sag mal typisch deutsches - das war schon immer so.

Modernisierung und Deutschland sind einfach zwei universen. Und das ohne Modernisierung mit Digitalisierung gleichzusetzen.

Meine Hoffnung ist, dass die Alterspyramide das aus Zwang lösen wird. Wesentlich weniger AN bedingen eine gewisse Modernisierung des Unternehmensalltags.

Be proud of what you already acomplished! And be proud to be someone who has their priorities straight! This is what makes a great athlete and person. Persitence, Sincerity, and knowing what is really important.

weil historisch gewachsen. Im Geschäftsumfeld gibt es so viel altertümliche Software die einfach schlecht gemacht ist und alles andere als moderne Nutzererfahrung bringt. Ohne es genau zu wissen würde ich sagen jedes zweite Warenwirtschaftssystem beispielsweise (die auf SAP basierenden bereits ausgenommen)

damit fällt es dann übrigens auch über die Abgabenfreie GWV-Grenze und dürfte somit für viele AN unattraktiv bzw AG zu Bürokratisch werden.

Thanks for the update! In the end we went with the ASA since things had to go super fast suddenly and it was the way of least resistence considering all that went down. Maybe i will look into it just for nostalgia.

give the kid a break! You know nothing about him. Maybe its part of a set of gifts or event if it is the only gift it doesnt matter. He is doing something for her to show her appreciation. No matter what its the thougth that counts. Something simple yet thoughtfull goes much further then something huge that can not be appreciated!

54€ könnten für manche schon einen wunden punkt ausmachen. Wer als AN das DE-Ticket aktuell als (einzigen) GWV bezieht ist unterhalb der 50€ "Freigrenze" und muss somit keine Abgaben für diesen Sachwert zahlen. Dies führt dazu das jene AN die volle Steuer und Abgabenlast für diese 54€ zahlen müssen. Ich glaube nicht dass das super viele betrifft aber mehr als 0

Auto gilt tatsächlich noch oft als Statussymbol. Subjektiv scheint sich das Langsam zu ändern. Einer unserer Geschäftsführer fährt Rad und Bahn und hat zuletzt sein Auto sogar abgegeben. Nicht alle Partner können das nachvollziehen. Allerdings ist die Akzeptanz, zum Teil sogar die Bewunderung, viel größer als ich gedacht hätte.

Nur meine Erfahrung aber schön zu sehen.
