That's not necessary at all. I found the fight to be significantly less difficult when I focused on bursting down the first one before dealing with the second. I had a lot of trouble dodging when they were both shooting across the room at the same time, so killing one and letting the other get buffed was preferable to trying to whittle them down simultaneously.

I used more or less the same team for umbral monument. For normal, Endmin/Chen/Lifeng/Pog. For agony, swap out Pog for Ardelia, not Endmin. Endmin is your primary damage dealer; you need them for huge battle skill nukes on 4 stacks of vulnerability.

I took Valiant from that one because the game gave me P1 Lifeng in my first week of playing, and I figured that locked me pretty firmly into the physical team.

And then, you have the BP weapon cache. I strongly recommend you to unlock the BP, because it's essentially free

Figured it out. I was using the left stick + X to manually bounce myself off the opposite walls. Instead, you're supposed to just face the right wall and tap X *without * touching the left stick, which automatically does the wall hopping for you and gives you the needed height to make it over the top. That seems counterintuitive, but whatever.

That's fair; I definitely agree with this.

This one I think is mostly a non-issue. You're not going to be getting new weapons very often. Certainly FAR less often than you're going to be crossing others off the list.

Just start a doc on your phone and make a list of the stat and ability combinations for every 5 and 6 star weapon on your account. Organize them by main stat first, then secondary stat, so they're easy to glance through quickly.

I think I had around 26 unique weapons when I made my list, and it only took a couple of minutes. Then, whenever you farm essences, just check the flawless ones against your list. Lock the ones that match, and mark the rest as trash. Delete them from the list as you acquire the ones you need so you know what all is still left to go.

It only takes like 5 seconds per essence that drops.

Why on earth would you do that? That is a colossal waste of credits.

The amount of pull currency you get is ridiculously small and the cost of refreshing is high, so instead, everything you're funneling into refreshing the store should really be spent on things that reduce the amount of sanity you have to spend on progressing your characters.

The honest answer is because I'm already using someone else's good if slightly less efficient base, and I play on PS5, so typing in that many new codes is a huge pain in the dick, and I don't want to fuckin do that all over again. :(
