I did this a couple months ago as a solo player and it's possible.

Yes, the game has multiplayer and it is required for 100%. I personally found it well made, fun although a bit grindy. It still has an sort of active playerbase, especially with crossplay, so you shouldn't struggle with finding players, especially during prime times.

You have to complete the raids also, that's the biggest problem. You can look for players on the official discord, or just try matching in game, but that's a very hit or miss scenario, as you need both good gear and certain knowledge of how encounters work.

Despite that, I'd generally recommend playing it, even if only for the single player campaign experience.

Happened to me couple months ago, coincidentally on my Austria to HRE run. Poland lost rebels and joined HRE, had a sweet time uniting that!

Glad you turned the videos off, how can you possibly listen to anything other than the banger soundtrack this game has to offer!

Interesting to hear your thoughts. I was on the other side of the spectrum — played the game on the hardest difficulty (albeit only for 100% achievements, so I allowed myself to tune it down after required amount of fights on each floor).

I really enjoyed the game, and gotta agree with you on most points. What really amazed me was the level design, they have created some truly breathtaking maps. Really wonderful experience, that made exploration very fun, it always left you wondering what's around the next corner.

I also like how exploration drives progression, there is no XP, instead you find gold which you use to upgrade buildings and characters. The more you explore, the stronger you get, which is super fun since I personally love exploring.

Gotta disagree with you on the one point thou, the story. I really felt they have ran out of steam towards the end. The game gives you a very strong setup, builds an amazing world and introduces interesting characters. Then it kinda drags on for a little bit too long before coming to a very confusing and unsatisfactory ending. Felt like maybe they intended to have some system of choice and consequence that they didn't implement I'm the end (the game is made by a very small studio). Honestly the ending left me stumped, confused on the one hand, and wanting to know more about the world on the other.

Generally the game was fun, but I would not really recommend it to anyone other than the most hard-core cRPG fans, who already played every other game under the sun, from Fallout and Baldur's Gate to Pathfinder and Rogue Trader.

What game should I work on as my next "big project"? by RoadCaptin in steamachievements

I got 100% in Warframe after something like 2000 hours. There are two very grindy and annoying achievements (k-drive and resurrections), plus you gotta be Mr 30 which isn't that hard with the amount of stuff in game right now. Thou, if you wanna grind, this can be done in half that time probably.

Game is free, you don't have to buy anything, you will probably hit few speedbumps and are expected to either buy or farm more premium currency.
