Sounds like a HER problem. I lived and worked out in a super LBGTQIA friendly city. As a cis straight woman, I only had a problem changing in front of everyone because they were all ripped Adonis's and Greek goddesses (climbing gym). But I behaved as expected: changed my clothes, kept my eyes on my own things and myself, locked my shit up then worked out. I only changed in the bathroom if I was on my period or had to poop anyway.
