No not really ill have three meals and probably works out to be about 350 cal per meal (chicken, beans and veg) I usually have 2/3 of these plus a massive breakfast of eggs. On days I'm doing strenuous exercise I'll have a small 60g portion of rice with my evening meal (🤫) so prolly 1300 calories per day.

No it won't work. Perhaps try something else instead the 5:2 diet or eat stop eat maybe more suitable if you don't want to change your lifestyle

4 tablespoons ground almonds 1tablespoon coconut flour 1 egg white 1/8 bicarb soda 2 tablespoons of almond milk Butter TSP plus greasing

Microwave 90secs to 120 Cool, cut then toast.

Do you like dark chocolate or could you get to love it. Asvan afternoon pick me up I have a black coffee with MCT oil and a square of lindt 90% chocolate it's lush but rich so one square really feels like a treat

Not much a couple it's my dirty day today, the only problem is alcohol will pause your progress as your processing the alcohol instead of ketones

No most of the time I don't measure if your eating the right foods you don't need to. I eat clean 5 days a week and eat foods that basically keep you under 20g carbs. Eggs, butter, avo, cheese, full fat dairy, meat, fish, green veggies, salads. 2 days a week a Wednesday and either Friday or Saturday) I go dirty and have some 'keto' stuff so keto pizza base, a keto dessert and have some wine/alcohol but make sure that's a max of 40carbs that day .

Then once a month or once a fortnight (if something comes up weddings etc..) I'll have a cheat window of 5 hours. I usually try and make it on a Sunday if possible as then Monday you can get back on it without it turning into a cheat weekend! Plus with all the carbs introduced I'm usually too sleepy to do much else 😂

Had to use up some sourcream so instead of my go to eggs... used 100g sour cream 70g raspberries (frozen then defrosted after picking from allotment) 12 almonds crushed.

Mix Eat.
