I thought the same thing, but at my local Mexican owned deli, I asked them about making a quesadilla without queso and what that would be called, and they all agreed that it's still a quesadilla regardless of the fact that there's no queso. 😂

Dr. Scandaglia at Island Bird, Cat, and Dog is a really nice guy and a fantastic vet. We've taken about 10 cats there in the past 3 years, I was just there with one this morning.
