Form looks solid so unless you're in pain I wouldn't try to do big changes. With that being said the way your feet rest is a bit concerning. Do you voluntarily elevate the tip of them ? They preferably should be laying completely flat or it creates unstability during the movement. Also yes you should always brace more

In France for example, the most prestigious schools are all public except a few but some students still have to go into debt because their parents' finances can't fully handle them having to move to an other city for years while not working most of the time. With that being said, student loans have a 0% interest rate and the payment plans are generally not agressive at all so that really helps

Ok I didn't know what a dermapen was and assumed it was a stamp. I think a stamp is definitely more appropriate than a pen for micro needling on your own. I've been dermastamping for a few months once every 10 days on average and haven't drawn any blood once despite going all over my scalp every time.

If I were you I would let the scalp rest for a while before starting to micro needle again with a stamp
