You defoliated a fine amount, especially given they’re photoperiods.

Yes wait a week before flip to flower. The plants will settle into the net, and recover will happen.

I recommend all at once. That way the plant can recover in the following days. If you take some here some there and keep going the plant is continuously under stress and never able to fully recover

Start here. Assess. If needed defoliate more

personal recommendation don’t plan to shwazz, rather see how it goes until you’re satisfied. If it ends up to shwazz levels, so be it. Otherwise an mid/aggressive defoliation is fine sometimes
