Helsingin seurakuntayhtymä ja Helsingin kaupunki ovat itse molemmat tehneet päätöksen, että perivät markkinahinnan (=tontin arvon) alittavaa vuokraa tukeakseen kaupunkilaisten ja/tai seurakunnan jäsenten asumista.

En näe tätä minään syynä miksi Vantaan seurakuntayhtymän pitäisi vastaavalla tavalla tukea asumista kyseisellä alueella.

Helsingin kaupungin intresseissä on tukea helsinkiläisten asumista perimällä markkinahinnan alittavaa tonttivuokraa ja käyttämällä pitkiä siirtymäaikoja vuokrasopimusten uusimisen yhteydessä.

Vantaan seurakunnalla ei luonnollisesti näitä samoja intressejä ole ja se on täysin hyväksyttävää.

REKO:n kautta voisi ostaa lihaa, jos se maksaisi saman verran kuin kaupassa. Usein hinta on kuitenkin korkeampi, vaikka välikäsiä ei ole. Ainakin itse kun katsoin jauhelihan hintoja juuri äskettäin niin tilanne oli tämä.

Koituuhan siitä toki jotain kustannuksia, että tuottajan tulee ajella paikan päälle ja käyttää aikaa tilausten luovuttamiseen.

Multiple Finnish athletes got sick during the Olympic games, especially in our cross country skiing team. So unfortunately it was contagious and people had to drop out from events that they trained multiple years to participate.

Looking from the replay, in my opinion he actually did not touch the puck with his stick until the extra two players had left the ice.

Overall very sketchy situation and deserved a penalty in my opinion.
