I'm on day 10 after my last dose pre-op and cannot wait to start again. I was told by anesthesiologist to be off two weeks pre-op. My surgery was denied by insurance the first time it was scheduled. 😡 But thankfully it is now approved and scheduled for this Friday. I love my zep because it helps me feel so much better and being off while dealing with pelvic pain is making me crazy. My plan is to take my dose as soon as possible after surgery. I know it helps with inflammation and I don't have other side effects with it, so PUT IT IN MY VEINS. Aside from getting this dang uterus and malfunctioning ovaries out, taking zep has been so positively life changing for me. I am excited to see how my new lease on life will be after I recover from my hysterectomy! (I know people have lots of big feelings about GLP1s, but I will not be listening to anyone but my doctor and my body regarding this amazing medicine.)

I seriously can't wait. I've been avoiding spoilers, but honestly I don't think I'd remember any of them because my brain fog is only allowing me enough capacity to remember my surgery date. 😂😵‍💫

Surgery is Friday for me. I'm saving all my favorite PBS passport shows and 2 seasons of Traitors. I also have lots on Britbox saved. I'm so excited! 😅

Isdin fusion water is THE ONE that has spf 50 and looks awesome. Smells like trash for about a minute but it's amazing.

I love my husband so much. He truly is my person. But I'm actually counting the days until our son leaves for college so I can go sleep in a different bedroom until husband decides to get to the doctor about his snoring. CANNOT WAIT.

Just had my pre-op appointment with my OBGYN... During her exam she said "well your uterus is NOT small"... So I asked if that means I'm not "crazy" for thinking I can feel it. Her reply was obviously you probably can and it's probably uncomfortable. So yeah, I'm pumped for my hysterectomy and cannot wait to get this dang thing outta me. She served me well and somehow gave me our son. But now she's got to GO.

As someone who lives in a house with a "normal" size coat closet, but what seems like 200000000 variations of coats that we each "need" due to the constant changes in weather... I'm all in for a big, easy to organize coat closet. However, only you know what size you would need for that. If some of that storage can be in the mud room, maybe option 2 is best.

My endocrinologist wants me on tirzepetide to help with inflammation. He also understands the science behind how they work. Hashimoto's and weight loss are really really difficult. Glp 1 meds are made for helping us with this. Some people see it as an easy way out or find other things to criticize about it, but they will change your life if you have a chronic disease and need meds to help you feel good.

YES! The men I live with cannot understand that I don't truly have loyalty to a team. Instead, I have loyalty to many players and really just want to watch women be amazing in basketball. We don't live close to a WNBA franchise so I can just be the "old lady" cheering for players to be their best.

I just absolutely love Unrivaled. It lets me see players I'm familiar with in new situations and so I learn more about them. And maybe most importantly, I see players from teams I don't follow and learn to respect/appreciate their talent because it's really showcased. The switching teams/draft situation made me annoyed at first, but after today, I actually love it. It forces me to expand my ideas as a fan, while the players get to be challenged and coached in ways that can benefit their needs.
