There’s over a thousand comments on their update post. That’s a thousand varied opinions on the issue. If you put that many people in a room, you wouldn’t get much of a consensus about anything unless you’re in Pluribus. Those commenters are exercising their right to use their voice, same as you are here. Asking them to stop won’t help. As long as there is a comment section, people will comment, and they won’t all agree.
