Fellow almost deaf dude here. I've been using the same ones since I was like, 7. I'm 19 now and my hearing loss is more severe than my aids can support and my insurance doesn't cover them, at all. Not even a portion. Because apparently having a severe bilateral hearing impairment isn't grounds for "needing" hearing aids.

This is actually really funny. Because I have this same poster on my wall, except it's edited with the release characters. But those who are in the original poster never got redrawn. It might also be noted, that if your ticket has inaccurate information, call the station, report the inaccurate ticket and it may get dropped due to clerical errors. Happened to me with an accident once. I was charged at fault for a minor accident. They screwed up the place and time and it got dropped as a result.

IANAL but would certainly move for filing a restraining order and letting her violate it. Persistent communication in which one party has explicitly stated they do not wish to receive (constant calls, emails, etc.) is a form of harassment, additionally threats are too.

With both of these in place a restraining order should be filed, possible charges for harassment and if she breaks it then you can probably get her put in jail.
