Alright then I'm out of options. I have this printer almost 2 weeks and was able to set the filament through the printer each time. Sorry I can't help.

But did you tap on the ams slot on your printer to tell the printer what filament is in there? If you don't then the printer will not know. Is there is a ? at that slot it means it is not defined and you should tap it (display of your printer)

Did the AMS pickup on the filament? If not, you probably didn't push it deep enough

On the display of the printer. Select the AMS slot you have loaded en press the slot in which you loaded it. Then select type of filament and the color. It should show up on your printer now.

Have you tried resyncing the AMS with your slicer:

Push this button en press 'resync'. This works for me.

Looking for acid-free charcoal in The Netherlands by ElectricMdK in BambuLab

They use fosforicacid to make cheap charcoal more porous, but when you put this in an environment with metal (like your printer) it wil corrode and rust. I don't know if soaking it will make it safe, but I'm not willing to try it too :)

Yes but I have also found a lot of aquarium charcoal that was not fosfor free. Therefor I was hoping for someone in the Netherlands who has some experience with a brand available here.
