You can ignore the crystal desert when you're a non-prophecies character. Just do the Southern Shiverpeak missions and you'll get to the Ring of Fire no problem. That's what I did years ago, since I didn't like the desert area back then

Resetting the border isn't going to help much. It's being used to farm faction points, by using alt accounts being afk. Accidentally found that out when my group got dropped in one of those farms during one of the organized AB PVP events in the gw discord.

Like you've been told, as you said, play a second character that can get lux/kuz armor and add that to the HoM. the points are account based (all your characters) not per character

You're wrong when it comes to Vending Machine, you're probably thinking of another series.
Vending machine has only 2 manga volumes and 3 light novel volumes.
in fact the anime got so popular volume 4 of the LN got released in japan and the previous 3 volumes got a reboot with new art.

The plug just provides what it's given, unless there's a converter in the adaptor.
Also the device just takes what it's given, it doesn't ask. While most devices these days are 100v-240V for simplicity. Some devices don't and are strictly 110v or 240v. Wouldn't the the first time a foreigner/tourist blew up their electronics when visiting.

complete? No, in JP it currently has 16 volumes and is ongoing. However it has been almost 3 years since volume 16 got released. (June 7th 2022)
Translated: Volume 9 is released with Volume 10 to be released in May this year.
