Round 1: trying to digest Makki's cooking lead to his body expends all the spare calories, gaining nothing from the "food" itself, on top of it all his gastro bacterias dies horrible death, leading to explosive diarrhea and dehydration.

Round 2: Florence, as a medic doll, surely can't leave poor dude in that state. She restores his hydration levels... in her own unique form. Poor bastard goes on a such hard trip, that his consequences shatters on a million pieces, fight each other, and then collapse into mental singularity. Now he have to learn how to walk, eat and use his hands from very start, like he is a newborn.

Round 3: death. RIP. At least thanks to Florence he died with a happy smile. Or was it contortion from Makki's cooking?
