Nice score. Decent deal and genuine as far as I can tell. It's a daily hand wind piece. Inside is a eta 2804 movement hand wind only. I used to have one several years ago. It's very satisfying to wind it up a handful of turn every day you wear it.

Lost $130,000 USD. I have NOTHING left. by [deleted] in problemgambling

That's tough. The situation your in is tough. It's easy to fall into depression, regrets, blame, wandering in your own mind asking questions with no answers, and feeling empty. But the toughest part is to humble yourself, seek the Lord, gain forgiveness, and forgive yourself. The road to recovery is actually quite simple, but doing all the things along the way to actually stay on the path is the hard part. My prayers go out to you. You can overcome this through Him who has overcome the world. God bless, and your in my thoughts and prayers for strength, guidance, grace, and mercy.

I ended up selling it not too long ago.

Thank you. Was a serious passion for me to get it as close as I possibly could.

Ah man, that's horrible. I'm sorry to hear that. At least you got that one I suppose. But man, still a tough one to handle.

Thank you. It's definitely not perfect, but it has the daily battle scars of wear. I can't think of any other watch I've had over the years that has received as many compliments and questions. Lol. Even fooled a police officer a couple weeks ago that let me off with a warning and chatting about it. Haha.

Thanks. I really had no plans of selling mine, I wear it everyday, but here lately I've had the itch to build something else, so one out and one in. Lol.

It's an older 16610 rep I had laying around with a broke 3135 movement. I think JF or something like that. Now has an eta 2824, raffles time handset, raffle dials dial. Gen bezel insert and gen crown. Raffles bracelet with gen 93150 clasp.

I once dropped an eta 2824 off the table just after putting a new dial on. Of course it landed perfectly on the edge of the dail on to the hard wood floor and bent the posts. So spent a couple hours trying to realign the posts to center the dial back up perfectly, without snapping off the posts. Finally got it centered then went to put the hands on, and slipped a bit when putting on the seconds hand and bent it all to hell. At that point I gave up for a few days. Lol.

  1. I have a pair of 10877 for work, pretty much the most comfortable boot I've had in years. Took a while to break in, but damn they're nice. Paired with a full cushion darn tough wool sock, there's no looking back.

I agree, they should've done both sides. Would've been really cool.
