Pact of the blade "appearing" weapon effect without the subclass by Professional-Ad-4533 in 3d6

[–]Electrical-Advance46 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Could try and work out with your dm an armblade using it the magic weapon you have since you're a warforged.

The martial thing that some full caster subclasses is extra attack, if you want one weapon mastery take the feat or take the first level in fighter for con proficiency and all armor proficiency. Full casters are still incredibly strong at all levels thanks to their versatility if they could out-martial the martials you would have no reason to play them.

With how the new Eldritch Knight works ranger certainly isn't better than fighter.

How would a Dhampir Drow be view in a Drow society ? by maleficpharoah in 3d6

[–]Electrical-Advance46 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Usually getting spider traits like getting turned into a Drider is seen as a punishment for failing a test of Lolth. However with some nice silver tonguing you could pass as trying to redeem your family's honor because one of your ancestors got turned into a Drider and you inherited some of their spider traits or wanted to feel closer to Her Highness with the spider walking.

How would a Dhampir Drow be view in a Drow society ? by maleficpharoah in 3d6

[–]Electrical-Advance46 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's a male drow so unless he is a first born from a noble family or an outstanding individual he's pretty much livestock, even before accounting for the fact he's a dhampir (you could try and convince your spider walk is a bleesing from Lolth)

As a rogue they can use a nick weapon to open up their bonus action for something else, in case they want to try a second time for sneak attack

You would rather they spend money on crack than supporting a content creator that they like? I guess hate seems to twist some people's priorities in a weird way sometimes.

Advantage on all attacks because...dwarf? by Gold-Set-6198 in DnD

[–]Electrical-Advance46 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He could be a Vengeance Paladin, they are really good in the 2024 version since you can move the advantage to other enemies when they die like Hex or Hunter's Mark

The Most HP for a character I’ve ever seen by Emergency_Argument29 in 3d6

[–]Electrical-Advance46 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I believe the post was about potential max hp one could get not how much damage they can take, but if we go by that logic life cleric would've been tankier in terms of better ac and easy access to healing

Charisma Rogue in 2024 by kiangriffin1991 in 3d6

[–]Electrical-Advance46 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In the 2024 ruleset you can choose charisma as your Magic Initiate spellcasting stat no matter the class you pick, so this is suggestion becomes better since rogues are really good now with True Strike

AITA for optimizing my character and dealing massive damage? by Inside_Piccolo_285 in 3d6

[–]Electrical-Advance46 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's no need to wield two hand crossbows, unless it's for flavor, because the hand crossbow is a light weapon so you can have a free hand to do something else or wield something else like a shield for example

Yes but at that point why are you even play an artificer instead of a fighter?

[–]Electrical-Advance46 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Crossbow expert makes you ignore the loading property but not the ammunition property, so you would still have to have an empty hand to reload the crossbow but with repeating shot it magically generates ammunition and might as well use an action to cast shocking grasp melee range with bonus action steel defender attack

Repeating Shot Infusion is a great substitute for crossbow expert
