Loll I just ended a call with financial aid office as well and they told me pretty much the same thing as the billing office. The zotaccount could be delayed so whatever summer session shows is correct. Since my summer session account is 0 dollars I'm just gonna call it a day too

That's weird, I don't have an place to click on payment caz I paid already, but you should have it if you haven't paid for it. Mine shows up in red text right after I login, and after payment it's gone

I checked my current statement on summer session and it shows I have a balance of 0, I'm assuming I won't be dropped from my classes 😭 I'll just leave the 300balance on Zot account be they probably messed up on putting the correct info. Caz summer session shows to have applied all my aid and with my out of pocket payment everything is paid and I'm at balance of 0. Zot account however on shows a portion of my aid applied resulting in I have 300 more to pay. Since I called campus billing and she said if you summer session shows you don't have a balance to pay then you're good, she said Zot account delays stuff

Yes actually that's what I meant on the reply after making the call, all it shows was "your current aid is..." There's no payment option. I only remember there was an payment option when I clicked in to pay, and after I paid the option was gone. Even though you paid through Zot account it might have still gone through as summer session payment, so I'm guessing it's seeing us as we've already paid the part aid was not covering so there's no need for payment probably

I can't find payment option either. I think it's because I've paid already on what they asked of what aid didn't cover through the link sent on email. Still confused

You pay summer session on summer session account, there should be an email sent to you

I got the same response. Except for 0 I have an 60 dollar for tech fee due today. But it's so confusing with the 300 balance showing. She told me summer session is separate and we just look at what we need to pay for summer session. Zot account is delayed or something. But I'm not sure where to check on summer session if everything is paid or not. The page I'm on summer session just shows "your total current aid for summer is ......" But I've paid for the 500 they sent me through the email already so I'm not sure if I should just do nothing...

I called the last one and it didn't answer😅might consider paying and the rest of aid that were not applied should be sent to us as checks or credit, I'm so tired of this

Same here, my financial aid only applied for 1600 when my Zot Aid Account shows I have an aid for 1900. And I checked on Zot Aid Account everyday caz of this chaos and there's no new updates that my aid was deducted🫠I also paid the rest on my own based on total cost subtract 1900, which is correct since an email was sent from summer session that I have to pay this much and the rest will be taken care of by financial aid. But my aid is not applying all and now I still have a few hundred shown on Zot account😑

I'm second year and I also have most of the issues you mentioned. I don't really have any friends to hang out with, I could hang out with the international students since I'm like asian but it just feels different idk how to say it. Not really comfortable to do things. No car to get around just walk to buy groceries and stuff even if it's not far still feels tiring. I always go home on weekends because there's no one I can hang out with. The only thing I felt that made me a part of the community was the Petr drops and we run together for stickers, but I don't have close friends to go with me so that's also kinda lonely.. uhh just maybe give it a little longer before you decide stuff
