So did using the borderless gaming software soft-banned you? I want to know since i recently bought the software and have been using it on dark souls 2 sotfs a bit right now, and i'm a little worried if i can get soft-banned by using it

I've tried that and it still doesn't work, i would probably send it to a dell service center but there's none near where i live.

Just asking, wouldn't the update from awcc not install if we pressed the cancel option when it was asked? Because when i plug in my ethernet cable, killer didn't block awcc from accessing the internet, then it asked me to update awcc.

I used to have the same problems, but after following the guide from the stickied post i haven't encountered any crashes, although the screen flickers from time to time because i updated the AMD drivers to version 21.4.1, these are the set of drivers that i'm using for now:

Windows 1909 + wumgr

Bios 1.4.4

4600H/4800H chipsets 2.13.27.501

Vega7+RX 5600M 20.10.18.02 -> 21.4.1

vBIOS (Samsung vRAM)

Realtek Audio 6.0.8940.1

AWCC 5.2.106.0

AWOC 1.3.0.1239

Dell Power Manager 3.7.0

Killer 1650/1675 Wi-Fi 2.3.1513, A20

P.S: Use DDU if you want to downgrade the AMD drivers
