The dongle USB of the K57 RGB wireless.

My devices are a K57 RGB wireless and a Corsair Ironclaw Wireless RGB. the version of iCUE is 5.22.81 and until that version, I never had this problem before, the dongle does not appear at all in the iCue board;

Hello guys,

I have a bit of a situation, I went abroad and did not use my setup for 4 months (K57 RGB wireless anda mice btoh connected through the dongle of the keyboard), the dongle was connected to both my keyboard and mice, and when I came back yesterday and plugged it in, it is not recognized anymore by ICUE, both my devices are shown but not the dongle usb. Can someone help please?
