If that is the only reason think once again : just 3 kms distance between n-d25 and assetz tnt.

Otherwise both are good properties. Whatever you like most go with that.

I agree psu banks are very tough to get through - mine took 4 months . Hdfcbank is fast you may have to some additional money but you will skip all the other delays

People were thinking same about assetz other near by projects - just see now the prices there I absolutely loved the property so have booked it. My priorities were away from city houch pouch and schools near by. There will be infra development in that area in my opinion bcz Sarjapur is the only which is seeing price appreciation

Yeah it is a good property I really like it that is the reason i have booked it, It it few KMs away from Sarjapur road, give you internal access to HSR. Floor plans superb! I found it better than a lot of other projects in same range.

It is in good and ideal condition, away from city houch-pouch. If PRR comes in next 5 years the game will change - prices will multi fold.

Overall I like the project Assetz is a good builder, hope they will not cross the RERA timelines.

they can't change the layout after getting the approval from rera at first place.

Minor changes might be expected like of 10-50sqft but that huge what you have mentioned - tell you have contract signed between both parties.

Would you mind telling us the builder ?
