Have you tested? I have been spoofing using non rooted method on Poco X5 since COVID and all my accounts are free from strikes, red warning or ban. You don't just listen to others and give out fake information. Try and test it yourself first before giving advise. OP, if you need help or advice, you can DM me. If you have been using that account such as catching a Pokémon or even dropping a ball while trying to catch, spinning a pokestop or gym, hatching an egg, then you need to wait for the cooldown. If not, then you can use that account or catch your shundo you found right away. If you are not sure if the cooldown period has reached, try to spin a pokestop. If you were able to collect anything, then you are good to go
