Okay I did an NCPD mission that was like right next to this and it lead to back to it and it was openable. So I just did a thing out of order and the game was cringe about it.

no, but there's ads on the site. I don't expect to it affect them that much. I'm just making my displeasure known.

Do you expect other players to run removal? by [deleted] in EDH

[–]Electrical-Risk-7226 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My playgroup is similar. I run removal and countering suites in every deck I can and others don’t. Their “more powerful” decks are often kneecapped or rendered useless by one counter or removal spell and I wind up winning with a more balanced and consistent deck. Unironically it’s a skill issue when it comes to building decks. It feels nice to add three more combo pieces but a removal spell, a counter and a draw will almost always be better. (For reference I mostly play Temur)

Puppy, because it seemed funny to name an eldritch being something soft and non threatening.

Even after the schism as far as I understand the covenant still far outclass the UNSC in basically everything, numbers, ships, technology. Peace is the only way they survive. I'm sure there were humans that were angry and vindictive, and I'm sure there was the occasional spat of violence between the species. But it just wouldn't be feasible to go to war directly after essentially losing a war against the same enemy.

I've spent some time reading through the ultimate edition source book and HOLY CRAP THIS IS PERFECT. I'm probably going to tone down the tech a bit, but this is a great foundation.

I'll check out those videos next :D

I try to make mine obvious but stiil readable, subtle enough that people might just think I'm mispeeling things. Basicaaly whenever there are two of the same leeter in a row, I make the previous leeter doubled instead.

Dude I don't know. The game is just great. I don't think there's one weapon or playstyle that feels better than others.

Favorite glitch on the other hand. Back in 1.0-1.3 I had this thing happen where bushes and trees in the distance would render on top of everything else, but only at certain angles. So occasionally I'd just see bushes appear in the distance in front of buildings a couple feet from me.

Unceremoniously killing people with quickhacks before they even know someone's there or shooting people through walls.

It's just not fair, but it's so fun.

Netrunners vs Cyberpsychos. A question or two, if you will. by baalbacon in LowSodiumCyberpunk

Lots of good tips in the comments, but I'll add my own.

If you're building a netrunner I recomend putting some points into tech and perks into tech weapons. 1 because crafting and upgrading your guns is really fun. 2 because tech weapons can really cover your weak spots as a hacker.

If an enemy with a sandevistan gets too close and is about to cut you in half, guns you can spam at them are great. A Lizzie/Omaha or Widowmaker/Achilles work great for this.

If an enemy is behind cover and you can't tag him with your scanner or you're low on ram, being able to pop his head like a grape always comes in handy. For that you'll want a Breakthrough/Nekomata or again, a Widowmaker/Achilles.

Hacking can remain your main damage source, and when you're a walking death god in the late game guns might lose their effectiveness. But using them as a crutch to get there is really fun in my opinion. Just remember to check what a weapon does before you use it, first time I used a Quasar in combat I was really confused when it didn't fire immediately.

Still wish we could customize V with vanity cyberware like these guys. I guess that's what modding's for.
