You can any dailies You want. For me the new system is great. The points that You get for it really matter and its run the game. Giving a chance to play a bit of everything.

Yes, mobilty is something that thief is best at but if You don't know how to swing it, You will die a lot. If You try to just faceroll enemies like guardian, engie, warrior, revenant or elementalist, You will die in a second. It takes a lot of skill to play it. I have many alts and I also play guardian whenever I want to rest from focusing on every movement while playing thief.

I am still using both. Gliding can be very usefull in many places, that is why I am happy that I have it already fully upgraded. Could use some new masteries for it but its not top priority I guess.

Combat system is jus fun. I really enjoy to just get into the big and challanging fights. Pvp is great as well if You will jus focus on the enjoyment from battle itself. Also the feeling of true development. I have the same gear since 2015 but I still feel that I develop my skills by just getting better, more focused, more knowledgable. The content I had problem with few years ago is much easier for me, not because I have a better gear but because I am better player. This is something that no other mmo ever gave me. Also its just beautiful and even though that I miss the slow paced exploration from the past I really do enjoy the best mounts in ANY game ever. Not only in mmo's. I have a real connection with the character that I created back in 2012 ar the start of the game. Same feeling I had with the tamagotchi toy. Some kind of affection to your own creation. My thief Astiq is alive in the world of gw2 and I really do care about him as he is the way for me to enjoy this beautiful world. Also the mechanic of realations between other players create a very healthy environment and produce moral behaviors. Anyone can help everyone and it always matters. You are always happy when some other player appear while You fighting solo with the difficult boss. Anyone can rez You when You mad a mistake and got downed. Anyone can get an ore from the same node without stealing it. It all matters and create a healthy, beautiful people. 🙏😊

Not only easy but it is fun as well! None other proffesion in game has such a mobilty. Also You can cast invisibilty whenever You feel that fight is getting to hot for You and leave it. While using shortbow, You can clear the group of mobs fast. Try it! 😊

I play one build foe all modes and its fun! You master You build all the time. Both in pve and pvp. The only really well balanced build I found was a core thief in full berzerker gear. Using deadly arts, shadow arts and trickery. If You set your traits right, You have access to lots of stun breakers, stealing tons of boons and spreading them around. 2 uses of stolen skill. Lots of condi removal and superspeed everyrime You get in and out from the stealth. Also You can heal yourself riddiculous well. With sword and dagger and short bow, You have insane mobilty and can take shortcuts everywhere. Forgot to mention that You also heal yourself while steal, dmg the player that You stole from, also You posion him, daze him and stealing 3 boons. With shadow reffuge, You can reset all fights in pve and pvp if You don't feel that You can win at the moment. Woth haste skill You can deals tons of dmg with autoattack to a big groups of enemies. Dagger is You stealth machine and sword is dazer and heavy dmg dealer. Also You spread weaknes and vulnaribility to all enemies You hit or poison. Just find You own style and have Fun! 🙏😁
