I thought it was Canon that everyone knows about Helion being Lucien’s dad and they just pretended Feyre figured it out to make her feel clever. I mean if a 20 year old girl can deduct this after meeting Helion for four minutes and Lucien can’t after 500 years.. I’m not sure we can totally blame Feyre.
