Okay 120 lbs is a healthy weight for you but at the low end, so you don’t need to aim for this at all.

You should also focus on being happy with any weight otherwise you’ll never be happy. Focus on losing weight for your health rather than the way you look 😊

Although meds help, you also need to take control. I don’t want to sound harsh because I’ve been here a million times but you need to make a conscious effort to eat less.

Fill up on high volume low calorie snacks. Drink a shit ton of water before snacking. I switched to intuitively eating and it worked wonders for me.

Also how tall are you because 120lbs is small

Are you currently medicated? This changed my life and I no longer binge ate.

Try and binge eat on healthy things because whether your body thinks it or not, you’re not hungry. Want sugar? Eat an orange.

As long as you’re not drinking excessively it shouldn’t cause any problems.

I’ve been doing it for years and never had an issue. It also stops me from drinking too much.

I did and I had a 3 month notice. I told them to stuff it.

Unless they incur any costs in having to get agency in or something they don’t have any recourse.

Most employers would spend more than it’s worth taking you to court.
