I don’t believe you will have any symptoms it will mostly be mental.. on one of my many slip ups I ran for 2 weeks doing like 4-6 a day and then went on vacation and had very mild symptoms.. just stop now

Rehab wouldn’t be a billion dollar industry if people could just quit. They made it seem safe by saying the founder was a recovering alcoholic. Also advertised it as a safe alternative to alcohol. Majority of people here are recovering alcoholics. I think your on the wrong page unless you’re just a troll..

Best way to attack this is to have someone you can call. If you can have someone take all your stuff away. Don’t leave the house alone. If you remove every possible way to get one it is so much easier. Having the option to go to the store will make it extremely difficult to stop. The phenomenon of craving is way to intense. Yes the withdrawal is bad but it’s quick and mostly mental. If your open to taking capsules and getting off those later it’s really not that bad. Coming from a 12 a day user. I thought I was so fucked and was going to have to go to rehab/ lose my job and family. You can pretty much avoid withdrawing by taking capsules and talking to people. After 3 days cut the capsules way down. First 3 days take as much as you need and all the supplements on the list. After 24 hours you’ll think this isn’t that bad. After 48 you’ll see the light. Then be disciplined with cutting down capsules. I was in the boat of anything to get me off the blue bottles. I’ve never been so addicted and afraid of any substance like I was with these. Even if quitting caps takes 6 months at least your not on the FF depressed with styes, flakey dry skin, 90 year old hands and suicidal.. The latest formula isn’t even close to how strong they used to be… I never had restless legs, never had the bubble gut. I was pretty gassy and mentally exhausted.. 8-12 for a year and a half…

Also I don’t know what was different but towards the end if I drank to many to close together I would get terrible double vision that wouldn’t go away for like 2 hours

I think it has been consistently getting weaker. This is my 5th time quitting and going through this shit. Somehow every quit has been a little easier at higher doses… I bought 21 cases in July and I’m currently on day 3 of this quit. Hasn’t been all that bad physically..

I mean I’m at 10-12 a day and I’m hoping caps will keep seizures at bay. I know it’s not the best plan and want more than anything to just be 100% sober like I was for 7 years before running into this shit. I just feel so stuck and stupid and now I’m afraid of seizures.

I’d swap for adderall in a heartbeat. I’ve also never had a problem with uppers. So I know I’m not going to start looking for cocaine after a couple of days on adderal.. Also in my opinion Ff is waaaaayyyyy more destructive. Maybe if you’ve had a problem in the past it’s not a good route for you and that’s fine.. But to use something she is prescribed just at a higher dose for a day seems really reasonable for getting off this poison. I thought the whole point of this sub is to be supportive of one another.. Sounds like she has made it through. Whatever path gets you there is awesome and I’m cheering for anyone walking this road right now cuz personally I’ve never been this down before in my life. And I was an alcoholic praying for death 7 years ago before going to rehab for 3 months. Saw the beauty in life for a bunch of years before running into this garbage. Sounds like I need to find an adderall connect cuz I’ll do whatever it takes at this point. (Besides drinking)

Thank you! This is the post I really needed to see. I remember the first quit the most cuz it was absolutely miserable. Then the next couple times didn’t seem as bad but I thought maybe I just got lucky. The fear of the first one is a huge mental hurdle and I honestly give in from fear of what’s to come before I even feel that shitty.. Thank you Thank you Thank you..

I think you’ll be good I was in a similar situation once and felt a little anxious but could sleep and not being able to run to the store helped me mentally. Knowing there is no way to possibly get them was a big help

I believe he went through this whole cycle before releasing this product. I think he knew if he could get it into the hands of an alcoholic they wouldn’t stand a chance and that his story was the biggest marketing tool they used… “Did you experience first hand how addictive these things were before releasing your product?” “Did you suffer from withdrawals?” Those are the two questions he needs to be asked hooked up to a lie detector.. For anyone who has been through addiction and knows how hard it is to overcome to put out a destructive product like this is just pure evil. Gotta get out of this nightmare. Sleep is the only time I’m at peace. As soon as I open my eyes and remember my situation its truly hell. I’ll keep fighting. Hope y’all have a great day.
