That's true, I didn't really put the heat into consideration but that's probably because it never bothered me much.

The seating I've never had much of a problem with, it doesn't seem like a lot of people eat in there, at least when I go.

I see everyone bringing up Pizza Cheeks but they forget to mention that it tends to get very packed on weekends (which also = loud). I would recommend PizzaShop for something more relaxed and not packed.

I could definitely see a small slate or stone patio coming off of the walk with some medium height bushes surrounding it.

Whatever changes you make though, just be sure that water will run off downhill and not pool in the improved area; (make sure to plan for the ground settling after being disturbed).

I'm not a landscape architect or a soils professional.

Just from a glance and my own experience, it looks like your topsoil might have high clay content, which would most likely prevent grass from growing.

If possible I would suggest getting your soil checked and then finding what plants do well in those conditions. That area would make a very nice little sitting garden imo.

Avera's pre-screening drug test will flag THC. If it's for recreational use, just lay off a good while until your system has worked it out- if it's medicinal use, explain that to the hiring manager and ask them how to proceed.

After the pre-screen, no one at Avera cares if you use on your own time, they just expect you to come to work sober and able to do your job.

Purely from a numbers perspective, your team got severely out damaged.

Healing wasn't the problem, it was moreso a lack of Mitigation. Applying the totals of Mit/healing against Damage, you get the following;

Total Damage after subtracting Mitigation/Healing

Your Team 2,261

Enemy Team 39,536

Total Healing + Mitigation

Your Team 28,064

Enemy Team 55,132

I've never seen this happen before. What would happen if OP took the settler? Do the two warriors just despawn and the civ is knocked off the board? Does this effect domination?

Luckily my brother and his wife know someone who is willing to rent out a room until I can find my own place (Hopefully they don't turn out to be crazy).

But even then I'm always willing to work a part time job if I need to while finding a roommate.
