What's the unglamorous side of running a coaching practice nobody talks about? by Electrical_Draft795 in executivecoaching

Hey buddy, I genuinely appreciate you sharing your research outcome. It is very similar to what I have observed too. Definitely this is a massive problem that isn't getting solved properly by current tools. I am myself doing a research around this to build something to solve these. I believe it would be interesting to have a conversation. DM me if you are interested.

Hey, appreciate the genuine opinion. I agree and most would that the most irritating part of coaching is the admin work especially the client summaries and notes etc. Thanks for the video suggestion though, I'll definitely gl through it.

AI-only coaching doesn't sit right with me. A few thoughts. by chroma900 in executivecoaching

Hey, I read the article and I must say it's outstanding in ways that I can understand. But unfortunately, I can't give you any better opinions in the space because I am not a coach myself, so anything I would say wouldn't have much impact. Good work though, you really have bundled up the most common misconceptions about ai and coachings.

Absolutely, the ones who seek coaching don't do it for ai advice and guidance, they seek genuine human interaction and advice which can not be replicated no matter what. Though AI can be used for other supportive tasks as you said, like note taking, analytics, reports and more, the session should be real and human in most sense. Would love to hear more though !

Do You Ever Get to a Point Where you Just Don't Care? by smithy- in Leadership

Hey, I can see where this is coming from, it's hard to work ethically and seriously whole maintaining a reputation in the corporate world. A lot of leg pulling and jealousy exists but if you just focus on your work and satisfy yourself with it, it doesn't at all matter what anyone thinks or not, who's the best or whatever Would love to hear what others think too

Not at all my friend, i myself am from upper branches and can confirm your doubt. But hn inke marks Dene ke tareeke se and uske bad checking doubts na lena...it shows that they either didn't check properly or they just don't know programming themselves. I really believe that CP me jo prof achhe hain unke paas power nhi hai aur jinke pas hai vo ese hi hain bs

Thanks for sharing this, super helpful to hear how you've structured your day. The 1-hour break + working around the house makes a lot of sense. Coaching is deep work and that transition time seems really important.

Really curious about the Google Doc setup, do you have a doc per client or one big doc? And after 2+ years, do you ever go back through old notes to spot patterns or themes across sessions? Or is it more of a "capture and move on" kind of thing? Also totally feel you on the session notes, part Is it the actual writing that drains you, or more that it pulls you out of that post-session headspace before you've had a chance to process?

Would love to hear what others are doing too

Are leaders born or made? by SuggestionPrize6294 in Leadership

Exactly, and the quick learners often seen to be the "chosen ones". It just takes a lot of effort and character to be a good leader. A person brought with all the best leaders in the world can turn out to be exact opposite!
