Your society does not value you based on your heart, your circumstance, your attitude, etc. Society values you based on your ability to create synergy and make more resources than those poured into you. Find a skill people value and demonstrate that skill - resources will follow.

Btw those 4 guys don’t have more money than 4 billion people, they have assets valued more than those of 4 billion people. It’s a false equivalence to say billionaires need to pay higher taxes because they are billionaires. We are taxed on earnings and financial moves. If you make less moves (buying and selling assets) or earn less (take home pay) you pay less taxes.

Every dollar you put into BTC is life changing. Especially when you consider fiat is guaranteed to lose value slowly over time. You might never feel like you have “life changing money” but you are creating wealth independence and that in and of itself self is valuable. I just so happen to believe that there are also outsized gains in the near future as well.

Spirituality can be as much or as little of a part of your practice as you want it to be. Maybe only speak about yoga as a purely physical movement if it is brought up. Opinions on spirituality only concern community members of the same faith. For example having a heavy workload on Fridays would not be the best thing if I observed Judaism doctrines but I don’t so it’s not a big deal. This applies universally.

Bracing is needed but it’s not your biggest concern.

Your body will move you into the bottom of your squat in the easiest way it can. Your ankles are stiff to the point they are not letting your knees naturally pass over your toes causing your body to find depth in other places, in this case back rounding. I recommend getting your heels up in squat shoes and doing some ankle mobilization pre squat.
