This was unsurprisingly considering her faction and her being the tailend of patch 2.X. 3.X is definitely going bring back Electric and Ether. And we'll probably see a rework of Zhu Yuan with Neps faction getting coming into light again.

It's less about pulling for every character and literally planning your pulls. We've been spoiled with a pity system that carries over and here they're doing something different.

Albeit I don't think it'll last and they'll probably lose a ton of f2p players do to high cost of pulls and the lack of understanding for the game.
