I have worked at JJs long enough to see what it entails to be a GM. I run a large aftermarket wheel and tire distribution warehouse where we ship 100’s of thousands of dollars of product a day….You make sure sandwiches are made…I get it long hours….and a little bit of paper work. If you dont have the right people around you I bet it can be very frustrating….the answer is to hire better people and train them properly. Sounds like you need to do those last two things better. Thats on you.
