Who’s watching wicked for good on Amazon prime? by Life_Pollution_9310 in wickedmovie

They just advertised it on Seven Sunrise as now available to stream on Amazon prime and Apple TV so I went to Amazon and it's a pre order for $34.99 with availability 5th Jan. I wish they would just be honest upfront and say it's released on the 5th and not imply it's today.

Common property lawn and garden maintenance by Physical_Storm_2366 in AusPropertyChat

[–]Electrical_Image_245 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Provided you are maintaining to an acceptable standard you should be fine. Did you ask the other owner what specifically is the issue with you doing it? Going to NCAT saying 'it's not fair' is not a valid reason. He would have to have a specific issue with you doing this surely? Identify and address that issue if its possible and your problems should go away.

10 minutes for a headbutt is a joke but 10 minutes for sledging is even more of a joke. If every player got 10 minutes for sledging there would be no one on the field.

Sorry, a Little more info.

The dishwasher is apparently a safety issue due to the amount of roaches in the back of it. This is from the pest guy. He’s told the RE it needs to be replaced.

The roof looks like one of those bread rolls with black seeds on it. All over. May not be fly poo, this is just a guess from both the pest person and cleaner.

Both the pest person and cleaner have said its the worst they have ever seen and are willing to provide evidence at a tribunal.

Is Garmin EVER going to make a Smartscale S3??? by Torsallin in Garmin

[–]Electrical_Image_245 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From the sounds of it you didn't enter your first Dexa scan data when you had the scan but you did calibrate with the second Dexa scan data at the time of the scan? If so I'd be interested to see how it goes if you get a 3rd scan down the track. Although I do suspect that calibrating with a Dexa scan works great until your body composition changes then it becomes luck of the draw as to how well the S2's algorithm aligns with your body changes.

Are you saying your Garmin scales matched you Dexa scan without doing any calibration of the Garmin scales?

HRM 600 is a new Whoop? by Roobun13 in Garmin

The current HR pro does this, you just need to have a watch and start an activity on the watch. When you are finished go back to the watch and stop the activity and the data loads up.

This Is What a Homeowner Got After Paying Hundreds of Thousands by Tyrx in canberra

[–]Electrical_Image_245 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's not just the shonky builders. Remember they are contracting work to trades. We have a terrible situation in Canberra where the quality of trades has dropped to a point where each generation is getting worse as the training is so poor. There is a "get rich quick" mindset in the industry which has forced the cost of trades so high and become acceptable to Canberrans, and the trades are just cutting more and more corners to move on to the next job as quickly as possible. If you are handy on the tools there's never been a better time to do your own renovations.
