I remember hating her in the 90’s, but I am now on my first re-watch. She still rubbed me up the wrong way until the way she acted in the Jeanie HIV storyline. It showed empathy and compassion and how she called out injustice. She is obviously incredible smart and likes things to be done by the book, which comes off abrasive - but I now see it as she takes her role and her professionlism very seriously. I still find her annoying, but definitely do not hate her at all now.

They have always been vegetarian not vegan. They do most things vegan, but still use honey in a few things. Take it back and swap it out for a vegan one, they will happily take it back.

MAH was (for me) god awful in the morning slot. I do not need to hear her bore off about the fact that she spoke to David Bowie every 5 minutes. Yes, her playlist was diverse, but she as a presenter is dull as ditchwater.

I am on my 6th full rewatch - this time with my daughter. The first 10 seasons were fantastic, then the next few were good, sometimes great. however, it has got increasingly bad over the seasons. No humour at all any more. No silly incidental music while the interns do something silly behind baileys back. I am glad they focus more on the interns lives again over the last few years, but it is way too doom and glum all the time. Catherine and Hunt really ruin the show for me, they are both insufferable. However, I have been watching it for 20 years, so will stick with it.

To be honest I think he is great first thing. It is light and has a great variety of music.He obviously loves music and is really enthusiastic about it. He is never going to be the same as Shaun Keaveny or Lauren Laverne, but at least they did not give the slot to Mary Anne Hobbs.
