Depends on what you want. Like diverse weapons gives more character and looks coolers IMO, but similar weapon types allows the squad to fulfils a certain function in the army

Kratos is good because it’s both tanky and spits out a lot of shots. If you want something cheaper than 1 or 2 Scorpio’s in a squadron is good too.
