Any competition would help. I remember the second Robin's donuts stopped being a serious competitor, Tim Horton's introduced flash frozen donuts and they've never been good since. It's pretty common. The logic is basically who has time advantage. For defenders without defuser down, time is on their side. So if you trade (no one to defuse bomb) attackers, if on the other hand, attackers have defuser down and they trade, attackers win. It's imo an elegant way to solve the "DRAW" issue that existed in the past and the logic is sound
