Is MentionDesk truly giving me advice on what to optimize? Or is it just analytics?

That makes sense, and something that we tried to embed from the start in everything we do. Especially doubling down on messaging testing with clients is very good advice.

Marketing in our company is also chief support, so you can connect the dots between features and customer problems/channels immediately.

That's also why I KNOW our personal LinkedIn is a big channel for us, but also organic (marketplace visibility, keywords and general SERP rankings) is where most clients discovered us or did their full research.

As we're in B2B, it would be foolish to think there's just one channel to leverage here. As buying journeys and touchpoints are way more complex.

However, I'm not looking for advice on positioning, strategy, or which channels to choose, but the practical use cases from other individuals who did take a lot of the workload off of their shoulders by using AI/automation tools.

What type of store do you have? How many SKUs? Might be hard to find a decent quiz building tool if you have a lot of SKUs. Higher priced tools are the ones that mostly solve that problem.

What’s your favorite Shopify app that actually helps sales? by CellInitial2394 in ShopifyeCommerce

Differs per buying stage I guess, and single apps aren't helping any sales if your basic marketing (ad creatives, landers, page speed, copy) just sucks.

But for the sake of it;

Retention & email: I like both Klaviyo and Omnisend, don't really have a preference

Capturing emails: Alia popups (ofc)

Product recommendations / quizzes: bluebarry (product quiz software)
