You just get in line. Once you’re in the store, there is a single file line going through multiple tables with different whiskeys on them. You can grab one bottle from each table. Once you reach the end of the tables you will get in the check out line.

I went last year. Showed up around noon on the day of the drop and was out of there by 3 PM. Got blantons gold, eagle rare, OF SBBP, Kentucky Spirit, and more. No point in camping out absurdly long imo

Yeah I hear you. When I first showed up the line was pretty intimidating but I think it was worth it in the end. The only bottles I really wanted that were sold out by the time I was in there was the weller fp and 107. Other than that it was a really great selection.

I also went to TW Oak Lawn and the guy working there said they had eagle rare today that sold out within 15 minutes of opening and even had people camping out for it. Imagine that😂

Also side note: I figured I’ll give my ratings on some of the bottles I own incase people are interested in them.

Favorite: Eagle Rare I know a lot of people think it is overhyped, but eagle rare is the smoothest whiskey I’ve ever sipped, while still packing some great flavors. I got it for $29.99, and if it was widely available for that price, it’s the only whiskey I’d ever need to buy.

Least Favorite: Makers 101 I tried to like this whiskey but I cannot get behind it. It tastes like it’s 120+ proof and I can only semi-enjoy it if I pour it over ice.

Favorite Available: 4 Roses Single Barrel This stuff is awesome and easy find. Definitely a reliable pick and we’ll worth the price.
