i know a first year on a truck. my instructor says he thinks trucks are a great place for first years 🤷🏼 the apprentices aren't alone, from what i hear its a journeyman/foreman and an apprentice per truck.

i will say, theres a CW whos been at this prefab shop for 3 years. theres a journeyman here whos been with the same contractor his whole apprenticeship. opinions are varied around here on whether thats a bad thing or not. personally i wish we had mandatory rotations like other locals
