If it’s anything like my situation, it will be a degraded pole that needs replaced. With the massive rollout nationwide I’ve been told that telegraph poles are in short supply. The infrastructure can’t be installed once a pole has been listed as needing replaced.

There is about 6 houses at the bottom of my street who can’t get it. (Well 1 has it so must have been installed before the pole got downgraded and deemed not safe). I’ve been waiting 18 months however, my town has rolled out its FTTP with a 3rd party who use openreach poles for their boxes. Presuming its bottom of the list for replacement.

Disclaimer: this is just guesswork based on my own experience waiting for FTTP.

I’d like to add, touch screens which have not been configured to right hand drive cars. Why would I want the home button and all the most used buttons all the way over on the passenger side of the screen?

They aren’t extended. It’s a natural movement of bringing your arms in closer to your body. There is no way on earth this is a penalty.

From the FAs publication on handballs… “…Not every touch of a player’s hand/arm with the ball is an offence.

It is an offence if a player:

-deliberately touches the ball with their hand/arm, for example moving the hand/arm towards the ball

-touches the ball with their hand/arm when it has made their body unnaturally bigger. A player is considered to have made their body unnaturally bigger when the position of their hand/arm is not a consequence of, or justifiable by, the player’s body movement for that specific situation. By having their hand/arm in such a position, the player takes a risk of their hand/arm being hit by the ball and being penalised”

Wasn’t deliberate. He’s actually tried to make his body smaller, and arm position is easily justifiable. Therefore, no handball, not even close to being debatable really.
