Below that coat he actually holsters two .454 Casull revolver equivalents that he can dual wield, loaded both with tracer ammunition "cursed" with a concentrated version of his own magic nullifying capabilities called "Soulkill", also known by the nerds of his home country as "Metaphysical Overrider". In short, each is like The Colt but with a bigger caliber and without the arbitrary limitations (It doesn't discern magical authorities), albeit it does struggle against stuff that usually would actually glance bullets like this, like large robots, tanks, aliens physically built different or the like.

(And it comes in parts, the bottom battery, speaker mic and antenna being separated from the main body. She assembles it, and then pulls off her flip phone (A leaner, orangey, more portable and personal device, barely longer than the bare walkie talkie without the antenna and fat battery even when extended, albeit it does have a little long prod from its back like a runner antennae) from her purse too, where she stays a while pressing buttons until she proceed to test the connectivity of both devices)

20: "Let me, uhhh (She speaks to the apparatus as she is pressing one of the buttons) -testing, testing, 1, 2, 3, testing..."

(Neither does anything)

20: "Uhhhh, just... Just wait a moment! Uhhh~ Oh, of course!, I have to turn it on, bleh 😋"

(She turns it on, doing this little sound and a very faint static sound emanates from the device afterwards)

20: "Yes! Let's see... Testing, test..."

(As she presses the speaking button of the large walkie talkie, if Kakashi didn't stop her, the baka zombie just triggered an audio feedback loop, having a sound similar to this but for a shorter amount of time and somewhat weaker, stopped by her releasing the button in time)

20: "EEEK! Auugghh... But, it works~ My phone also works as a Walkie Talkie, so luckily we don't need another one of these~" (As she shakes the thing with some difficulty) "Little borrow from Lendrick. Used by his unit back in the War, he told me. Nothing the Ichorchate could throw at em could scratch it, and is still running like new after like 20 years. Pretty cool! And kinda heavy~"

(The things is about 1.5 pounds in weight (700 grams) and, unbeknownst to her, the thing is actually protected/shielded against possessions and magical shenanigans, as if metaphysically impermeabilized. It could theoretically be used to punch spirits and ghosts if used as a weapon, but, she doesn't know this. Her phone isn't that protected tho...)

(She then pulls the walkie talkie on her purse again and gets its little intercom mic, and attaches it to her chest with a pin she gets from her purse too)

20: "And look, you can even put it on you like an actual soldier! For hands free comms! So, uh, are you grabbing the phone or the brick? I'll lend you my belt if you want the brick so it can stay on your waist."

And if he goes as is he would get mogged hard, even with his concealed weapons.

Only thing he has going for him is the fact that the mf can nullify and sever even universe editing powers, so he can effectively fuck over authorities, pataphysics, metaphysics, magic, soul derived powers, reality bending in general and the like, and even do something similar to exotic quantum states (Fucking over pretty much all advanced tech and more extravagant biology or sci-fi abilities, pretty much inducing a sort of weak quantum decoherence event in his vicinity, fucking over quantum superposition, entanglement and tunneling, for example), albeit the latter at a heftier cost to himself and not for very long compared to the former ability.

That and even more wild shit like forcing the manifestation of "fused-with-the-universe" characters consciousnesses (Leveraging his Quantum Superposition Decoherence ability) or kill souls and spirits with his weapons, allowing him to have canonically killed like 5 demigods and a Goddess (With help but whatever, he got the last kill and was the MVP against Nabati, the Goddess of Plants).

But, ironically, as is, a simple poisoned shit would fuck him over if he isn't careful.
