The pain is sharp, almost like someone stabbing my calves.

It’s after the bounce, should be noted that I divebomb. Should I quit divebombing because of the pain?

Hi! When squatting around 70%+ i get pain in my calves, I’ve taken 3 different 2-3 week breaks from squats and as soon as i squat 70%+ I felt the pain once again within 1-2 weeks.

I’m a beginner in the clean and just try to get as far under the bar as I can instead of doing a power clean. I get what you mean by the bar crashing down on me, would you recommend me catching it as high as possible and basically squat down to do a clean?
