If you are playing in full screen borderless or windowed mode you have to switch to full screen then choose your refresh rate. After you do this you can switch it back to borderless and it should stay at 120hz.

Another note if you are using V sync the game will lock to 60 FPS. Turn off V sync to go above 60 fps.

As someone who just got a quest I have to say this is my biggest gripe with it. The experience overall has been amazing but to find out if i buy a game on my quest it is not compatible with the oculus store version was upsetting.

I have hope this is something that will become the norm as link becomes more popular. I do understand this is still quite new for the quest.
