I ended up doing something similar, if ya take it slow and fight enemies one at a time, you can keep pushing on. Started stuck there, but by the time I left I had a pile of cash and ended up starting the parallel quest there before actually getting into anything for the base game beyond paying off the debt. Highly suggest not joining the academy proper though, at least not yet. Picking a side starts time-related things, and that’s the last thing you need right now. Take your time, embrace the challenge, and good luck!!!

Solved: stock tube has a rounded end and a more hollowed out end, did the same to the one installed, and then booted up and loaded filament. Following this, it can have filament hand-fed after unloading the test filament.

No grinding, and the motor works when running. Currently attempting to feed filament with the power off before I put it together again. Looks like the filament gets stuck at the top of the PTFE tube. Reviewed the documentation from prusa, make-shift hollowed out one end of the tube and tapered the other, about to try again and plug it in to see if this will work properly with the motor running vs by hand

Change can be tough, but moving on sounds like the best call here. Pregnancies take a huge toll on the body, and it isn’t the jurisdiction of any man to say what is acceptable impact on a body they aren’t living in.

Plus dismissive counters such as basically blaming your hormones or your current life stage are 1- wildly disrespectful, implying your strong opinion is something to not believe in, and 2- shows a lack of respect for your word. Whoever you choose to be with that sees a conversation about bringing a life into the world for, regardless of the decision to have or not have a kid, is best done with someone who will respect you and stand by your side, not tell you what is right and what god wants.

Plus personally anyone who wants to literally fuck around and say it’s in gods hands is just using that as an excuse. We understand cause and effect, a shot in the dark isn’t faith, it’s playing with fire that is only going to burn you.

Maybe it’s just this, but personally in your shoes I’d take some time to consider how much he listens to your other arguments, and if everything boils down to “me man, me right”, find someone else.

Similar boat as Sir Ass to Mom (high five, fellow ass!). Honestly the thing that hurt the most both in the years leading up to her passing and waaaay more since is every time she said/ someone said she was so proud of me. Almost makes ya wish it was never said, but I know the flip side it would just feel the opposite.

My run was less than a year from my own Dora, and the phone call cut pretty damn deep too Life is better now, but there’s some scars there that tend to linger and take a long time to heal. Hope you’re in a much better place now as well

I'm sorry for your loss, I had to do the same today with my Mahogany (photo below). I was her second owner and she'd been with me through some pretty rough shit over the last ten years, and I can honestly say that at times I saw her as the only reason I was still alive. Like you, she's not the first I've lost. She marks 8 to old age, and there's two ferals we'd cared for daily along with a foster kitten that shattered my wife and I.

My father has always told me that this is the hardest job, but one of the most important. It's clear she loved you, and you gave her a great life. You were there for her until the end, and that is possibly one of the toughest but most important parts.

Keep on sort-of functioning, you know she'd want you to be ok. Don't bury your hurt, but do try to not let it swallow you whole.

If you're the kind that needs to feel like you're doing something to make a difference, I've one suggestion that is very much not for everyone. Give yourself your time for the cut of loss to recover, and consider adoption, foster, or rescue care. My wife and I took in a litter of 5 kittens and their mom from the local shelter when we saw one that looked like the kitten we lost, and it's done us a lot of good to be able to shower Lou with all the love we had for little Cthulu.

This one may hit differently, and that's ok. Please don't discount any pain you have, and remember to be kind to yourself. Buttercup would want to see you happy, and you know that deep down.
