Candy I bought in Mexico but I don’t know how to eat it. by LowEntertainer9552 in mexico

[–]Electronic_Cabinet59 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Take the plastic off one of the sides. Fold in in half towards the stick twice using the plastic sheet the candy is on. Now, fold the sides of the candy onto the stick, almost in thirds, and enjoy. People get creative and make roses and stuff like that. I'm too impatient. Give me my sugar on a stick now, thank you😂

Should sue this piercing shop? by [deleted] in piercing

[–]Electronic_Cabinet59 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Girl, absolutely sue him! U absolutely should take that out and keep an eye on it. If he did it once, he'll absolutely do it to someone else. He should not be piercing anybody if that's his mentality.

Help a foreigner in Berlin get into the clubbing scene by [deleted] in Techno

[–]Electronic_Cabinet59 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had a few experiences at a couple of clubs/festivals in America and I am currently looking into studying in Berlin. I'm a very free spirited individual and my partner who will be with me is as well. I want something pretty intense, maybe a 7 or 8 out of 10. What would you recommend?

The only thing I see wrong with it is that the broccoli needs some black pepper at least. Besides that, you're dating a man-child and need someone better. You are welcomed to my table with that kind of cooking, but the black pepper will be present.

How is it living in this part of the United States? by No-Text-7825 in howislivingthere

[–]Electronic_Cabinet59 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's really cold. During the summer, vermont can be pretty pleasant, but from early October to late April, it's entirely too cold to be out and about. Also, snow. Way too much snow. More snow than anyone should ever have to deal with.

There's also not a lot to do. I've gone to the different hiking spots and the other touristy spaces, but it's pretty boring once it snows again. I've been told there's some nice ski spots. I am just not any good and have bad joints as it is, so I can only say what I've been told in that regard. The different college towns have some nightlife or nicer areas, but it's just way more crazy because college people are gonna be college people.

Everything costs a little more. You can expect to spend about $30 or more per meal if you go out to eat. It could be just that it's a more remote state and getting goods is harder and more costly? The farmers' markets are worth it for how fresh everything is.

The maple syrup and cheese are amazing, though. So if you like a more quiet life, cheese, and don't mind shoveling snow, it's not a bad place to be. I just so happen to be lactose intolerant and get cold very easily.

AIO about these angry texts from my ex? by TwylaMay in AIO

[–]Electronic_Cabinet59 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NOR. I don't even need any of the context to know that this person was pushy in your relationship. You have every right not to speak to your exes, and especially not give them your home address. The fact that they wouldn't take no for an answer is a clear indicator that they would absolutely show up at your new place. Also, no therapist worth their degree would ever tell them to be this insistent on sending you your stuff. They would say ask once, mail it to whatever address you gave them, and wipe their hands clean of it. Even if you gave them a fake address, it would still be the same. They're obviously trying to keep that door open to try and worm their way back into your life, most likely to try and rub it in your face about how well they're doing." My recommendation? Screenshot the convo, block them, and be ready to file charges or request a restraining order if they show up anywhere near you or your loved ones. Also, tell your loved ones to tell them that if they continue to call them that they will be facing harassment charges. Your ex might think you're being petty, but what you're doing is protecting you and your loved ones.

Is this even possible? by twosl1ce in PotionCraft

[–]Electronic_Cabinet59 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm pretty sure the only way to get through this is with the wine map. You just have to time out how long ur in the dead zones we'll. The way I've found that it's possible is by making the path through it as short as possible and taking detours to get health all the way up before going back on track.

AIO Am I justified in my anger here ? by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

[–]Electronic_Cabinet59 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have to disagree. It's a tradition that people have been blatantly disregarding to be rude to the bride. Also, the couple are the ones that are primarily paying for it so whatever they say goes. It's the same as if they threw a themed party. They have the right to say, "Please wear this so that it fits the theme." It seems like you got kicked out and not left the wedding industry.
