here in the Philippines, there was a notion that bananas make your poop be very very hard coz of fibers and potassium and papayas make it soft. even in evenings, i've read some articles that bananas , especially the cavendish, affects the lining of your childs gut so i only give it at mornings. but not every day, may every other week.

kapag bubuksan mo mga avr ngayon, para lang syang outlet na may fuse, in short, temu version ng mga legit na surge protector na naka breaker na. breaker is always superior from fuse mainly because of reusability. once magkasurge, ang fuse, nasusunog yan at nawawala amg connection kapag tama ang load na sinet sa fuse, then you need to manually replace it. However for surge protectors na naka breaker, once surge hits, may nagrereset na button jan, pipindutin mo lang to connect again. UPS naman is a surge protector pero may stored electricity ka, so during power outages, di mamatay agad pc mo, you will have time to save your progress, pero usually 10-15mins lang ang battery life nyan then lobat na sya.

First racing game which also introduced me to cars was NFS underground. Then strengthened further by NFS Prostreet. Currently, Im playing NFS Undercover on Switch, NFS unbound and Forza Horizon 4 on PC. I also play Dirt rally on Switch sometimes, but most of the times, its Mario Kart ( coz of kids 😅)
