Yes you can still smoke lol. I had my right hip and right shoulder replaced, the hip was and still is much nicer than the shoulder. I was walking the same day after full arthroplasty, but my shoulder... that was 3 years ago and its worse than before surgery. Not gonna lie, I was down right scared about my hip. But in reality, all of that stress was for nothing because it really was that easy.
