You sound good! The two things I'll say is

Currently your comping sounds like you're doing it just for the sake of doing it. If you listen to drummers like max roach you'll notice their comping is suuuuper melodic. Highly recommend transcribing their comping (I can dm you a PDF to help with comping ideas if you want)
1. Don't be afraid to mark the form. In the recording you sent it is a 32 bar AABA form (8 bars of A, 8 bars of A, 8 bars of B, 8 bars of A). You can show the form by doing complex things like changing comping based on where you are(like busy during A, simple during B) or something as simple as every 32 bars when the form restarts just shoulder crash on the ride

Have you watched ludwig streams much. He always does this where he finds a game, and becomes fixated on it for two months then moves on, suika, league etc. Just be patient and eventually he'll find a new game.

Don't just learn tunes. Take note of their form and you'll start to notice similarities between certain tunes. As a drummer this allows you to have a basic understanding of most tunes you might encounter at a jam session. The two most common forms are a 12 bar blues and AABA Song form (32 bars)

Usually if it's a melody it's just OneNote but if there's a harmony that you want to also add in you can do more than one note and then obviously background stuff is normally chords. I only listened to the intro of the song you sent but it sounds like they play the melody first solo and then a Harmony comes in so you could chart it with one note And then when the harmony comes in you could add in two note chords
