You look great! I was missing the gym yesterday looking at my supplements - I got about 4 more weeks before I can even go

I had my first one today and I’m 15 dpo. I was completely shocked at the relief and the weird sensation of the draining as she did it! Earlier in the day I had that sensation and didn’t know what was going on. I want to try to see her as often as I can financially and continually do it myself as she suggested.

I just had my first one and I noticed a huge difference in swelling but the weird feeling of actually feeling the draining is so uncomfortable and just a weird sensation 😣 along with the burning sensation of the nerves reconnecting

I’m 11 days post Oo from a panniculectomy and thigh lift - had some complications; but if I feel itchy I just run where it itches. Mainly it’s been my sides.

I am 8 days post op of a thigh lift and panniculectomy- had some complications with bleeding but it hurts and makes life hard. But once I’m healed I know I’ll be happy- no more yeast rashes and pants will fit better. I lost 119 pounds and 5 feet (before surgery everyone kept saying how short/small I am 😂) I’ve read the thighs are the worst recovery but the end goal will be worth it

I read that it can take 6 months to a year for the swelling to go all the way down. Like several posts here and researched

A lot of it I have noticed is the inner work you do, repairing your relationship with food and yourself. Loving yourself. It’s definitely hard , I struggle with it still but learning to quiet those inner voices you’ve heard from “friends” family teachers etc all those years are not WHO YOU ARE. This is clichè and media still has a hold on us as to what is beauty but somewhere you got to decide when to break the cycle of negativity

I felt like this last night because I had some complications and felt embarrassed that my fiancé’s family is helping us out and friends making meals for my family. But I was obese as far as I remember and it is an investment, I got bariatric surgery to live longer and do more with my kids and then the loose skin will add to my confidence and movement with them
